1. Free Shipping

HerRelief offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There is no minimum order value required and no promo code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all eligible US orders.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C., including:

  • All contiguous US states
  • Alaska and Hawaii (standard free shipping applies)
  • US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — additional transit time may apply
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) — please contact us before ordering as availability may vary

We do not currently ship internationally.

International shipping is coming soon. If you are located outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, email us at support@herrelief.com.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Time

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier handling your shipment (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • A link to track your package in real time

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@herrelief.com.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. HerRelief is not responsible for packages that are delayed, undelivered, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Failure to include apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • An unattended or inaccessible delivery location

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@herrelief.com. We can only update addresses before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.

7. Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control due to weather events, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, or increased holiday volume. HerRelief is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do everything we can to help resolve issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your front door, porch, and any secondary entrances
  2. Ask neighbors or building management if they received it on your behalf
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
  4. If the package cannot be located, email us at support@herrelief.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. For confirmed lost shipments, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@herrelief.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy — you are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
